Cancellation policy

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please carefully check your order before completing payment.

Return policy

We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received

  • Not have been worn or used

  • Have the original tags

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

No return slip provided

We do not provide a return label. Return costs and responsibility are entirely borne by the customer. The package must be sent via a tracked courier service, and the tracking number must be provided to us.

After approval, you will receive the necessary instructions for the return. The return address must always be confirmed in advance with our customer service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return.

If the return is approved, the purchase amount (excluding delivery fees) will be refunded within 10 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

No refund of store credit

Store credits are non-refundable.
Once issued, store credit cannot be converted to cash or refunded under any circumstances.

Purchases made with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return or refund.
