Where is my package?
After placing your order, it takes on average 1 to 3 business days to process your order and 5 to 12 business days for your order to be delivered in the United States. If these deadlines have passed, please contact our customer service.
Where can I find my tracking code?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. Also, check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take some time for your tracking link to become active.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number you received by email. Complete the tracking on our tracking page to see the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page.
